(“KORA”), I request access to and copies of identifiable public records in the possession, custody, or control of City of Eldorado related to the City’s consideration, planning, or pursuit of any data center, battery storage facilities, hydrogen production, battery recycling, carbon capture operations, and/or modular nuclear reactors. The date range for my request is beginning January 1, 2025 to the date that this request is fulfilled. If records are available in electronic format, I request they be provided electronically. Please advise in advance the estimated cost to fulfill this request.
To ensure this request is reasonably specific and can be fulfilled efficiently, I request records falling within the categories below that contain or reference any of the following terms: any data center, battery storage facilities, hydrogen production, battery recycling, carbon capture operations, and modular nuclear reactors or identifiable developers/operators under consideration.
